Lasalle Tournament at TactCon 2010

There will be a Lasalle Tournament at Tacticon 2010, the beginning of what will be an annual event. Here’s the info I have so far. I’ll update with new posts any changes to this-

1st Annual Tacticon LaSalle Tournament
Hosted by:
The League of Extraordinary Gamers & Denver Gamers Association

Date: Saturday, September 4, 2010. Tacticon Convention weekend.
Time: 8:00am until completed.
Location: Red Lion Hotel, Aurora, Colorado
Maximum number of players: 32
Scale: 15mm, 1.5”/40mm base width.
Tournament Director: Lee Schultz

The tournament will begin at 8:00am on Saturday and go for 4, 2 – 2.5 hour rounds. Information about this event will be posted on the Leg (League of extraordinary Gamers) forum, HMGSRM.org/forum and the LaSalle website forum – sammustafa.com. Registration will be done through the Denver Games Association web site, DenverGamers.org or at the the convention.

Armies: You may use any armies listed in the rule book or any of the PDF‘s listed on the Sam Mustafa web site. You may use any Theatre listing. Games will be played with your core army and one support choice. Players are encouraged to bring two support choices and may select from those two choices for each round after determining who is the attacker and defender.

The standard base width for the event is 1.5″/40mm. LEG will provide measuring and firing sticks for use during the games.

Prizes will be awarded for First, Second, Third place and POW, and Best Painted Army,

  1. I’ll be entered in this (if I can ever finish painting my army heheh) with a British Light Division, and support brigades of Light Cavalry and Portuguese infantry.
